🪖 RANGER SCHOOL training tips! ⚡️ 1️⃣ Don’t ruck too heavy when you train! Stick to around 35-50lbs. Going o heavy will instigate injury, which could stop you from going in the first place. 2️⃣ Get used to moving quickly over rough terrain, to includes rolling hills, sand, and rocks. 3️⃣ Start getting used to packing out and wearing your rucksack the way you will at Ranger School.
